I added more pitch to my temporary propeller, trying to load up the engine a little more. I haven't balanced it yet, but I did take the opportunity to take some blurry pictures of the setup I used. You can see how the height of the angle iron can be adjusted on all 4 corners in order to adjust the pitch or provide twist. Once it is set, I slide the planar along the rails until it doesn't cut any more, then without adjusting the angle, I turn the prop 180* and cut the other side. It doesn't guarantee that I have the correct pitch. It just assures that both sides have the same incorrect pitch.
It would be nice if I could remove the forward flat plate from the planar. As it is, I can only get to within about 6" of the hub before I have interference problems.
