Hmmm!  Unless your blower is a restriction, the MAP will go to ambient pressure (100 Kp?) if you go to WOT.

If you fix that prop so that it is moving air, you need to look at some of the pictures of Tracy when he is running his engine!  Even his ears are pinned back!  :>)   Think dog hanging our of a car window at 100 MPH.  Sorry Tracy!!  :>)

You will need to tie that laptop down or it will be in the next county!

If the prop load was maxed out, the rpm would not increase, but the MAP could go up.  It sounds, tho, like this might not have been the case since Earnest felt the prop was not pulling.

First, the prop definitely was not pulling with any significance.  The most it could do was scare my wife, and blow over a fan that I had sitting on top of a 5-gallon bucket.  I'll fix that this weekend.

Second, if the prop limits rpm, the MAP will not continue to increase.  The blower is tied to the prop with a 3.18 gear ratio.  Since it won't turn any faster, it won't be able to raise the MAP any further.
