First, the prop definitely was not pulling with any significance.  The most it could do was scare my wife, and blow over a fan that I had sitting on top of a 5-gallon bucket.  I'll fix that this weekend.

Second, if the prop limits rpm, the MAP will not continue to increase.  The blower is tied to the prop with a 3.18 gear ratio.  Since it won't turn any faster, it won't be able to raise the MAP any further.
