Hi Blake,
The first thing you are required to do when you stop taxing at Sun & Fun is tie down your aircraft. Some one in a golf cart will generally meet you and ensure that you are complying. They even have tie-downs in case you forgot yours.
If the parking area, enforcers are constantly riding around and a plane not tied down gets quick attention.
From what I saw, some aircraft had ropes still attached, some even pulled out their tie-down stakes, and one or two appear to have their tie-down fitting pulled from the air frame.
High wing with light wing loading and tail dragger position seemed to suffer the most. But, even nose wheel low wing did not completely escape damage. A friend of mine has his beautiful Rv-7A flipped over on its back.
