Nope. That particular EPA "fix" is= not ringing a bell. However, the fact that it changed from what it was doi= ng before is a significant concern.

Do you k= now of where I may get more info on the retardation. Mine is a 2nd gen. Wou= ld not think that would be considered a later model.
