Help protect me from me.

Yesterday, I removed all my primary -10 oil lines and checked them for= obstructions or obvious assembly errors, but found non.  = I removed the plugs ad cranked the engine after injecting some oil int= o the rotor chambers and a bit (not much will go in from a squirt bottle) into the PSRU.  Finally, I got= a small stream of oil coming out of the filter, but nothing to get excited= about.

I removed the mechanical gauge I had installed with some excess hose o= n the top of the engine where oil comes out of the stock turbo block that f= eeds my aftermarket turbo.  When I removed the hose, oil c= ame spilling out of the hose.  This hose had been empty before I installed the mechanical gauge, which = had read about 6 psi when I tested it a couple of days ago.  So, "= ;some" oil was/is flowing, just at what seems a significantly reduced = rate.

SOOOO, unless someone has a Eureka moment to= share, I will be pulling the engine off the plane and dropping the pan and= likely removing the front cover.  I do seem to have strong compr= ession (I hope my ear is telling me right) thus, hopefully cracking the block open will not be needed and if I u= nderstand correctly would not be causing low oil pressure.  I am only = a bit concerned of possible damage that may have occurred.  I will che= ck the things I seem to recall being issues.  The key in the front e-shaft, the retaining clip, the pressure reg= ulator, oil pump and whatever else becomes obvious.

Again, looking for those Eureka moments that may belay thi= s action.......
