Hi, Jack,

I called this a record because others refered to it as such. For me, it was a very brief, but awesome event. Sorry, I know of no web source. Powersport, if they are still in business, was the company that produced the engine, ....I think. Ed and Tracy were there that year.

    FWIW, I was at Sun&Fun when Tolle set this record, beating a P-51 to 3000'. The sound was a high pitched 'shriek' and he went up at about a 45* angle. Awesome!
