I made an error. I removed the pulley from my
eccentric shaft. I turned the engine over with the electric starter just
for testing. Then I noticed there are timing marks on the pulley. Was I smart
enough to mark the shaft and pulley so I could put it back in the same
position? Of course not. Is there a simple method of
reinstalling the pulley so the timing marks are correct, or do I have to take
the engine all apart to fix this? My luck says I probably have to do a complete
tear-down to determine the pulley orientation. Thanks for your replies and
advice. Paul, the idiot Conner
