The muffler is not terribly effective, = but I'm going to stick with it for now. =20 The airplane is basically ready to go, but my airworthiness = certificate has been delayed because the Van Nuys FSDO has arbitrarily = banned experimental flights from my home airport, Santa Barbara. I've = got the national EAA working on the problem, but, for now, I wait.
