My header tank is 15litres or 4usg. I've definitely considered that the
recirc of fuel alone can add heat and this is amplified by the use of 2 FI
pumps, which is my new practice while doing touch and goes. Previously I
only used one, but several times I found that the idle pump would become
vapour locked, so wouldn't have been available if it had been required, so I
felt that it was better to keep both on while in the circuit.
