Hi Chris,

I think the only difference between A and B is the B controller does
not use the input air temp sensor.  Of course all the parameter
settings can be different.  You can copy A to B, but not B to A.  If
you have never copied A to B, you might want to reset A to factory
defaults since that's would be what's in B.
