    Here is what you need for a radiator - really very interesting stuff. Apparently the claim is that these graphite core heat exchangers can reject almost 3.5  times  more heat as the standard metal one of the same size.

 
Why do I get the distinct impression that you guys think I'm crazy enough to try anything :-)
 
Seriously, the graphite radiator sounds promising.  The airfoil shaped example will appeal to the plastic plane guys, since they can just build their wings out of it :-)
