The tracking was off when I picked up the camper from my mother. They give it back to me when too many things are wrong with it because they know I will fix them. When I stop complaining about having done the repairs they take it back!  I was able to get the tracking corrected by moving some spacers on the mounting bolt.

The belt width is the correct size for the application, and fits the water pump and engine pulley correctly. I'm not as sure for the alt pulley, so I will check it when I get home. I seem to think remembering it a little high on the pulley until it wears. That might explain why the problem persisted after I went thru everything at home. When I replaced the alt and voltage regulator the new pulley might be the wrong size. But one tends not to check for those type of problems on new parts
