Hi Ed,
I have been thinking you might help me out with another calculation problem.
It has to do with inlet velocity and the skin friction drag ( on internal 
walls) and how this affects (diminishes) inlet velocity.

It has been suggested that skin friction drag is Velocity squared but how 
the actual component of drag is estimated is unknown to me.
