project is about ready to sign off, but with the snow here now, it will be

My airplane, a KIS Cruiser , N343BS was signed off by the FAA today and
is now legal to fly. With some family commitments, the winter weather, and the
need to brush up my pilot skills, it will probably be after the first of the
year before I attempt the first flight.
