Very enlightening!  I will confirm if this happens at staging on the map screen.  I suspect that it does.  I probably won't get back out there until Wendsday.  I was always my understanding that EGTs were going no higher than 1550 on the Renesis. 
I was unaware that you could adjust above staging too.  I will try that.   I'm not quite sure where I did it, although I think it was above.  Yes, I swapped probes in holes. 
My runners are all the same length, and made exactly the same, to the best of my ability.  The only differance is the manifold behind the Ford 66 mm throttle body.  Rotor #2 gets the initial air from the TB and rotor #1 gets it later at the end of the manifold.  I probably should install a couple of vacuum gauges on the manifold.  One just after the TB and another at the end.  It works the same on both controllers.
