Ok, Ernest, lets seem some photos. I am interested because the process used on mine gave it a soft golden tone rather than the traditional "Chrome" plating look. It apparently depends on how thick the layer of nickel atoms are laid on the aluminum.

On a more serious note, I just got the parts for my PSRU mount and the engine mount bed plate back from the nickel plater. $92.70 (because I didn't meet the minimum charge) to get everything to a shiny silver, corrosion resistant finish. Man, they are beautiful.
