The problem is that if someone dies or gets maimed in an aircraft with a Mazda engine the attorney is going for the deepest pockets. If Mazda gives a maximum effort to stop people from using their engines they are on solid ground in a lawsuit. I don't think they care if you use their engine as long as they get off the hook legally and to do this they have to show a clear effort that they don't make engines for aircraft.

 

I doubt anyone will have to pay any money to Mazda so if you get sued settle out of court. Offer $1.00 and I bet they take it.
