I don't work for them, but I've had occasion to work on the part of their MRI systems that is provided by the company I work for. Are you having trouble with phillips cowl screws, Rusty?
Over on the Cozy list we discovered some torx screws which are WONDERFUL. They never strip, and they're very easy to put in or take out. After stripping out a dozen or so phillips I bough a bag of torx. I use them for everything. If you're interested I can find supplier details.
