Sounds like you and Tracy are on the same page. Sounds like a likely cause.
I'll check them out, and maybe just replace them. They aren't very long
tubes. Probably less than three feet each.

Steve,
I had a period like that with my engine. Discovered that the vacuum
hose from the manifold pressure to the EC was disconnected at the EC
and it was hard to see. See if you can find a vacuum tester and make
sure you don't have any leaks.
