My comment wasn't directly relavent to this list, but the
reason for Bud's crash might be. Per Pat's request, I'm

Yes, but is presently speaking at Copperstate, along with his
daughter (and passenger) Phyllis. They are both in great spirits and
are not letting this horrific accident dampen their spirits. The investigation is completed and the cause has been found to be a
ruptured fuel line. Thanks!

Wow, talk about getting back into the saddle quickly! I'm pretty
certain that it was Bud who was giving a presentation on his gear
drive this morning at Copperstate.
