Todd - I believe the radiator shops have
"combs" for straightening radiator fins. you should ask
around.

with a few hours and a pair of needle nose pliers, however I'm not certain if
they will ever be as efficient again. I will attempt to straighten them but am
prepared to weld up a new set if
necessary.
