Nothing like making a profit off the weather
I guess. I hope you can get a really good cover, for the
plane. At least the cold and snow will help you study
:-)
Actually the price increase is
due to heating costs. They used to just keep the rent the same but charge $200
each time the doors were opened when temp was below 0C. It's a huge old WWII
hangar that is badly insulated with full height sliding doors. Not a great
design in this climate. I figure if I can build a plane I should be able
to make a canopy cover, so tomorrow I'll buy some material and get to
it.
I actually
love winter as I have many winter sports, but unfortunately where I'll be
attending school is down on the coast where it rains all winter. Cold, wet,
miserable rain..... I'm sad already.
