Rob,
If you have the ground adjustable IVO then Kelly's suggestion will probably work.
However if you have the in-flight adjustable IVO (or are considering a switch to the in-flight adjustable in the future) you will want to mount the spinner backing plate between the adaptor plate and the rear prop crush plate.
If you have the in-flight adjustable the slip rings must be outside the backing plate so that the brushes can make contact.
Also, I did not see it mentioned in any of the other posts but the spinner size is usually dictated by the cowl more than the prop.
You want a nice transition between the cowl and spinner.
If you are making your own cowl then you can use any spinner and fit the cowl to it.
But if  you are using a factory cowl then it pretty much dictates the spinner diameter.
Aircraft Spruce carries a nice selection of props that should cover your needs.
Of coarse this is all only my opinion and others may have other thoughts on the subject.

My IVO adapter plate does not bolt to the prop hub. It is sandwiched between the IVO outer plate (crush plate), and the prop hub by 1/2 inch bolts. Then the 1/2 inch bolts are screwed into threated holes in the prop hub. My adaptor plate was made for my redrive that I use on my Ford V6 engine. Anyway I would like to use my IVO prop with Tracy's redrive prop flange so some adapting is necessary. What is the best way to do the adaptation? Any suggestions. Does Tracy have an option for 1/2 inch bolts?

   If your "IVO" is like mine then it has an aluminum adapter plate that bolts to
the  SAE 2 redrive hub with either 3/8" or 7/16" (allen head internal wrenching)
bolts then the "IVO" blades are sandwiched between that adapter and the outer
"IVO" plate (with the pitch adjustment screw) with 1/2" bolts that are indexed
between the 3/8" or 7/16"allen bolts........ You will probably want to locate
the spinner backing plate between the redrive hub and the adapter plate to
have proper blade clearance........That would call for the backing plate to be
drilled to the standard SAE 2 bolt spacing and for whatever bolt and drive lug
size your redrive has....... I also have "IVO", both ground adjust and the electric
inflight conversion..........IMHO

Speaking of drive lugs I got your PSRU for my 20B with 5/8 drive lugs for 3/8 inch bolts from Bruce Turrentine but all my props (IVO magnum) are for 1/2 inch bolts. Can I send you the prop hub to change to 7/16 drive lugs or what would you suggest.

True Buly, except I don't know why prop hub thickness would be a factor or do you mean prop thickness at the hub?  
 
 The rest of it is:  5/8" drive lugs, 3/8" prop bolts (unless 7/16" ordered as an option)  SAE 2 hub spec covers everything else.
