I bought a flying RV-6 on 1 June 07 and flew it home. Am giving up after 10 years on my own RV-6 project - was never going to complete it in this lifetime and wanted something to fly. (Thank you, wife, for encouraging me to do that!!) Have a Renesis RX-8 engine in the shop - has 28,000 miles on it - was pulled to fix some recurring problem that turned out to be a bad wiring harness - nothing wrong with the engine. Paid $1500 for it. It has NO sensors in it - that was all pulled by the dealership.
Also have a Tracy Crook RD-x 2.85 to 1 PSRU - never taken out of the box except to look at it.
