The process did not seem to hurt the bearings. I was not very careful = with the bearings, as this was nothing more than an experiment and I = really had no hope for the situation.=20 Having dealt with rusted things all my life, I would have sworn that = this was boat anchor material, but the seals and springs actually look = OK. I am actually thinking of putting together a test bed motor out of = this one! I will have to locate a set of used RX8 rotor housings to make = that worth my while. If I were Catholic I would send that last pic to the Pope as evidence of = a bona fide miracle.
