Joe, you gotta do what you gotta do. Consider the
factors and make your decision and march onward - no point in looking
back. Nice to have you on the list and good luck with your Lycoming
conversion and flights.

This was a sad weekend…I delivered
my rotary 13B to a guy named E.J. Neil in northern California who will be
putting it in a Velocity. The internal debate about whether I should really do
this continued until the moment I dropped it off…actually it still continues.
But alas, it is done and I better not look back.
The Lycoming transition is going
slow. I’m still waiting on an engine mount before I can do a whole bunch of
other things. But it will come and hopefully there will still be some sunshine
left in the Seattle area by the time I’m flying again

so - so I’m not tempted to sit and reminisce about what could have
