the used book store. I was busy ordering a copy (xerox) from the Philipines.

BTW, I desolved my adapter company after 2years
because the volume was not sufficient to support the required formality
maintenance. Not much fun.

I was only kidding - as you know, Marv. I am
surprised that there may even be perceptions of banishment from
this list were around. I mean if you get kicked off of here, its
simply because of horrid behavior/manners (does not play well
with others {:>) - not viewpoint or position held on a technical
topic. You've really kept the "dark side" from running amuck over the
rotary community.
Weather here not conducive to playing (outside).
Tire of readying about Limit Liability Company - looks like I'll start
filing the paper work to set up my attempt at a company next week.
Have to show a profit in 5 years or get classified as a "hobby" and all
expenses/deductions disallowed by IRS.
But, something I've not done before so a bit
exciting.
