Tony,
1. Take a piece of Lexan or Acrylic, lay it over the intake manifold area, and mark the holes.  Remove and drill, file, and sand the openings until they match to your requirements.

2. Take a router table, install a piloted carbide bit, and a piece of 1/4 or 3/8 Aluminum with pilot holes drilled in at the manifold entry points.  Let the pilot bearing ride on the acrylic, which is fastened to the aluminum. Route out the aluminum and you now have the flange area of your manifold.

3. Find a good Aluminum welder -- sqaush some aluminum tubes to fit the openings, and have him weld it  up. Smooth the inside with JB weld if there are imperfections.

Is anyone using Mistrals intake manifold?

This whole manifold thing is making me F%#$@ CRAZY.
Honestly I'm haveing a hard time with this thing, does anyone have any clue as to where I can find a manifold that will bolt to my motor that doesn't cost  $1200. I swear!! if it's the last thing I do I'm going to find a way to produce a bolt up manifold.

How are we coming off of the oval primary port into a 2.5 or 2.0in tube?
there must be a way to machine a plate that I can interchange different radius tubes. I'll draw it in CAD of what I think might work. Think about the machining process if you have any ideas on how this might work.
