I would have to say that this time PL is correct. The tuned length on this system would be from the port to where the two "Y's" connect. This is very short with what you are showing. You  could tune the system to RUN, but you would probably suffer very poor milage and response. Better would be to pull all three connections to the ports into three tubes bent up to a plenum where you have the blue foam stopped. much closer to proper length for the 6K range whichis where we want to run for aircraft use. As Lynn stated in a previous post, "You can't fool mother nature."

what I'm trying to do is figure out how to set up my racing beat intake without 
the intake tubes going over the top. the (bearded one) says it will work but is 
only for engines in the 10,000 RPM range and it's not good for 6500 -7000. does 
anyone. have any other suggestions. I will use four injectors but what I want to 
do is keep the profile as low as possible.

BTW this is for a Long Ez I'm thinking forced air injection
