Turbo Tom showed me the one in his car and told me half of that would work
for a 13B airplane.  Didn't seem huge or anything.  Seemed quite
manageable, but the devil is in the details.

PS  I think ... to liquid works better on automatic transmissions and
perhaps oil coolers.  Air to air would be the only viable option for turbo
intercoolers.
