I concur with Tracy on this one. What they don't know, won't hurt them. When I purchased my 20B they didn't ask and I didn't tell. (Where have I heard that phrase?) I recommend you follow the same tactic, regardless of where you get your engine.

The guys at these places may be personally enthusiastic about aircraft use
of the engines (There is a copy of my book on the counter at Mazdatrix) but
for their legal peace of mind I use the "off road use" story.
