It's my last big concern about using a rotary. WOT at 5100 rpm (2350 prop), with max power mixture (typical takeoff) we measured 0.52. IMHO, you'd be hard pressed to get that with a Lyc. If you go to the 'Back to Airplane link at the bottom of the page, you can chose other links for engine info, including a video with sound. Fuel burn on the plane is not accurately calibrated yet, but in-flight with my Velocity I see about 13-14 gph at 160 KIAS, and this is NOT leaned.
