First high power test eliminated my fears that the high pitch
prop (104") would be fully stalled and make very little
static/takeoff thrust. I had the plane tied to my golf cart and it
dragged it over the wheel chocks before the throttle was fully open.

that thing is just going to be awesome when it flies!
The logger can be added to any EM2 by connecting the serial data link wire
from the EM2. Yes, a software update of the EM2 is required but will
be free when buying the datalogger. Price is expected to be in
the range of $200 - 250.
This
is great news! I knew there was some reason I haven't sent my EM-2 in
for the noise mod yet :-) Let us know when the final version is
ready for sale.
