Bob,

Several cells are point to lookup table ranges were the first row is
null. This seems to be a problem with OOO Calc. I re-pointed all the
cells to the next row down (contains numbers) and the calculations run.
However the results to not match the excel version. It under sizes the
wire. Not sure what's going on with OOO.=20

Hi Wendell,

You must be using OpenOffice.  I had the same problem.  Al is using some
look up tables that didn't seem to translate quite right.  I haven't had
a chance to look into it.  This is the first Excel spreadsheet I've seen
in a long time that didn't open properly in OO, and some of them were
pretty complex.
