So my question to those who realllllllyyyyyy know -  is it correct that for my NA 13B I need a fuel pressure regulator that responses to manifold "Vacuum" or is the difference in description between "vacuum referenced and boost referenced " just semantics in advertising?

As always – I’m not one who reallllly knows and can’t answer the question. But, I can add that Dave Atkins told me to just cap the pressure port on my fuel regulator. One of his guys suggested I connect it to the vacuum line and he said “no, it doesn’t do anything on an NA setup”. I’m using the TWM fuel-pressure regulator. So I guess that follows with your experience of “not doing anything”
