 I agree about Surplus Center - that is where I got my cylinders, powerpack and hose from.  I did find out that there was an error in their ad about the cylinders - they advertise 3/8" NPT but, it turned out the ports were actually 1/4" NPT.  So not having the correct fittings, I ended up with a kluge of 4 different fittings screwed into one another in six inches of line.  But, a minor thing.
 
I'll check for restrictors and see what they have

 Check out The Surplus Center for affordable hydraulic parts. I have always had good luck with them. They have some different options available for check valves and flow restrictors.
