I'm trying to get 4 - 4" Center Line Radius, 90deg bends in at least .065" wall. I've tried calling 4 places and researching a hundred others online and my last hope appears to be Woolf Aircraft Products (http://www.woolfaircraft.com/). Is .049" wall beefy enough? If I recall, it seems that most people are using material that is larger. RacingBeat/MazdaTrix sell .125" wall but only in "mild steel" not stainless. Anyone else have any suggestions?
