With all due respect, unless it was the result of an unpredicatable mechanical failure it wasn't an "accident". It was a "stupid" - possibly partly on the part of OSH Ground, but certainly on the part of the Avenger pilot. There's just no good excuse for not knowing that the way ahead is clear, when on the ground, of all places.
