The only speed restrictions here in Australia are the landing speed - I guess they figure that if it's that light your fairly well limited to what size engine you can use and therefore this in itself limits your top speed. Now if I can just invent an extra light engine (rotary type of course) that is extremely efficient, powerful and runs on almost nothing - I will be on a winner!
