Joe,
I'm not actually measuring the pitch, that is why I said about.
The IVO Magnum prop that I am using is adjustable between 45" and 105".
So when set in the middle it is about 75" (((105-45)/2)+45)=75).
Then half way between the middle and full fine(45") is about 60".
I don't believe that I have ever tried full throttle operation with the prop at full fine(45").
These are only approximations but close enough for looking at resulting RPM's, and they fairly consistent.
When the engine is not running you can tell where the adjustment is just by the sound of the adjustment motor or looking at the cam position.
With the engine running I use the my inline current meter (balance meter) to tell me how close to the end of adjustment I am.

Jim,
How are you measuring the pitch setting on the IVO?
