Can you possibly post a picture? Since I
haven’t detected any noise in my system, I would hate to pull the box out
and send it half-way across the U.S.
to fix a non-problem. If we could check our own units, maybe you won’t
have such a large pile of UPS boxes piled up at your doorstep. I’m just
trying to save you some work. ;-)

I just identified a problem which
causes radio noise in some installations.
There was a high frequency bypass
capacitor left off the single piece version of EM2. There should be a .33
uF 50vdc part (low series inductance type, not electrolytic) from the
+12v input line to ground near the switching regulator chip. Don't
know why I don't hear that much radio noise on the bench and in
some completed installations but the noise on the +12 volt line is
obvious.

send the unit back and I'll fix it. No charge of course.
