Al,
Can you provide the source for your coolant pressure sensor?  Also, what's that sensor in the overflow bottle... a level indicator?  How about a p/n for that too?

The pressure sender is a VDO that I got from Grand Rapids Tech.  I think the range is about 10 – 40 psi.

The sender from the overflow bottle is a liquid level sensor.  It is a float type magnetic reed switch.  Goes in and down at a right angle.  Nylon – should be good to 260F.  Find it at McMaster-Carr page 347, part#47465K83.
