I would think we could easily add a section under 73-Fuel & Control to cover any of our EC2 related difficulties. http://members.aon.at/wrathall/rotary/ I also had the same trouble (and symptoms) which lead to discovering I had installed the EC2 board rotated in its case such that the manifold rubber tubes were merely stuck under some components. This made them feel like they were on the barbed hose connector of the pressure sensors - but after much concernation (and bothering Tracy - who suggested the lack of MP as the problem) - I bit the bullet, and crawled on my back and started taking the board out of its case (to ship it back to Tracy - sound familiar?) when much to my embarrassment I discovered theproblem.
