I have three
Setrabs, but I don't know what the P/N is. The biggest they made at the time. The
picture quality is poor, but you get the idea.

Thanks for the pic.  Are you sure those are 13 row like you mentioned before?  According to the Setrab info, a 13 row would only be 4.75 inches long.  Those sure look longer than that, but of course it's hard to tell. 
 
In my original comparison, I looked at only the amount of tube length, or primary cooling surface.  If you look at overall area of the cooler, the Mazda unit seems much larger.  The Mazda unit has a core that's 19.5 x 5 x 2, for a volume of 195 cu in.  The 640 Setrab has a core volume of about 216 cu in, but appears to have almost 3 times the primary cooling surface when you look at the number of tubes.  I think I've confused myself even more...
