Anyone remember who made
the oil coolers that caused the inflight fires on the 20b pusher?

I just looked through the
old archives. Chuck said he got the first one from Griffin, and
the second one (yes two failed) was not identified. Later, he
specifically stated that he bought the cooler from Griffin, but
they were only a reseller, and did NOT make the cooler. I didn't see
anything that actually identified the
manufacturer.
FWIW, there was a Setrab oil cooler
than failed on a Lyc powered RV, but lots of RV folks are using them with no
problems.
