180 - 200hp @ 6500,  and 200 - 250hp @ 7700.  I'd like to keep longevity and reliability,

I would go as big as you can with a mild/street port, and figure on 220-230 if you smooth the high speed port well, and make a nice intake and exhaust. It would be a happy, civilized engine.  More power is out there, but you'll have to give up something to get it.
