What are the thoughts on spinning a 1988 13b NA  at 7700 rpm (2700 prop) for
takeoff, and 6500 (2300 prop) for cruise. I have an electricly adjustable
prop (MT)

What would be a good porting candidate for this engine and what could I
anticipate seeing, as foar as HP is concerned?
