torque for turnover in a "like-new" rebuild.
A complete new seals rebuild without the plugs installed should turn over
with just hands on the counter weight. Just a couple of foot pounds at the most.
If there is an actual spec for that I have not seen it. Also the same effort to
turn it both directions. There is no handedness to direction unless there is a
piece adrift in there. I don't have the problem of two piece apex seals yet. I
am looking forward to screwing that up a few times. I am also working on the
wheel. (Reinventing the wheel).
