Rusty, FWIW I agree in general with the comments about
"legal" gross weight. My RV's design gross weight is designated by Van as
1650 lbs. however, the tail plate and my aircraft airworthiness paperwork has
its "legal" gross weight as 1800 lbs.

commented on this. Setting the weight high seems to be the
consensus.
Can I figure that 6
G's at 1100 lbs, is equal to 4.89 G's at 1350 lbs? Is it really
that simple?
